This was the 1st posted comment below... and the second was the question above...

24 Carriage Hill West, did NOT sell, we the homeowners are putting it back on the market with Realty USA. Our contingent offer feel through on the other end, and we needed a break from all the traffic. It will be on by the end of week back for sale! Yahoo!

If this post above and the question above about the information are in violation I am sorry. I was just commenting and revealing the current truth. Just don't want information to obscured by those not informed and yes Barb should not have it as sold, it never was. Thanks for the insight. And again I was not advertising anything just concerned about false information and now I know the faulter behind this and that is Barb and the listing with Hunt as being sold. Thanks again!

And yes my name is Melissa and yes Brian is my husband, and yes we still live here at 24 Carriage Hill west since 2007 when we bought the place, and yes thats my black car in the driveway from the street view. Anything else? I hope this lend some view into me just trying to find some truth about the posting of a house that wasn't sold and the price it wasn't sold for.

Melissa: I think it's time to come clean here. I answered the question that you posed about a property at 24 Carriage Hill W. It looks like Rockinblu may be right! If you posed the question but were really advertising your property, you are in violation of Trulia's community guidelines because your question was misleading. Furthermore, this property that you referenced previously, as I stated in MY previous post, has been reported sold and closed effective March 09'. If this is not the case, then you should contact Barb, your agent and inform her that SHE may be in violation of the MLS rules and regulations by allowing a property to be posted as a sold and closed property if it it fact never closed.
Finally, is this YOUR home? Is Melissa really your name? The tax records show that the owner's name is Brian.
So tell us Melissa, are you being truthful with us?

Jerry,

Her reference is obviously to this post she made ( link below ) which was, and is in violation of Trulia's community guidelines as it was not a question, and basically an ad.
