I see no one answered your question. I do not work your area, but when I need to refer a client elsewhere, if I don't already know of anyone, I will call a few local title companies, lenders, or real estate attorneys and ask them who they recommend. They are often hesitant to do this, but usually, with a little convincing and a promise of confidentiality, they will give you a few names. Ask for 2 or 3 names if they are uncomfortable giving just one...if you keep hearing the same names....those are the people you definitely want to approach! They get to view the backside of the agents business...not just the flashy front. good with details, prompt, thorough, etc. Good Luck!
