The median sale price for Standish in 2009 was $186,500. There were 90 sales for the year and very few were in the upper price ranges. Only 2 sales closed over $500k, where there are 7 current listings over $500K. This is a trend seen all over greater Portland. The high end homes are not moving but the more modest price ranges are.
