According to MLS data, since the start of 2007 Miles McCormick, Keri Nicholas, and Mark Ankenman (formerly partnered with Barbara Ellis who is no longer in the business) have had the most success as listing agents in the Willows.
This is that they have had 5 or more sold listings in this are in that time frame. Most other agents who have either represented Sellers or represented Buyers have less than five sales.
I responded since working with someone who is famillar with the neighborhood is key and we both live here, it seemed like a good fit. Good agents are always busy, but I can assure you that we are 100% client centric and have time to provide you with excellent service if you are interested in meeting with us.
Thank you for your consideration

The agent who takes credit for selling the most properties may not be the best person for you to hire. Sometimes such agents are great, but other times they can get too busy, making communicating with them hard. Other times, they form teams, which include a lot of other agents. In such cases you may find yourself working with someone new to the area. The best advice is to interview several agents, including the busiest ones if you like, then make a decision. Also, ask for references and check them.
If you are considering selling your home in the Willows, it will be important to chose a realtor that is familiar with the area and can give you lots of statics that will help both of you make an informed decision about your homes marketability, pricing, etc. A realtor that utilizes the power of the internet as well as directly marketing your home in the community as well, will have the greatest and fastest success selling your property for the highest possible price. There are no realtors who dominate the Willows market. A good way to look for a realtor before doing an interview is to do a google search for homes for sale in the Willows or go to open houses and see how realtors work.
Best of Luck!
