Where do you get your listings? Are listings which are active with no showings not included? I have an open house scheuled to begin showings this Sun

FIRST ANSWER
To the right of your name at the top of the page, if you are logged in, you will see the word "HELP". Click that. This takes you to the help page and you will be able to contact Customer Service by clicking on the "+" sign next to "Helpful Links" which is on the left side of the page. Then click on "Contact US". You get the idea....
