The 75216 zipcode is in Dallas county. The tax appraisal district is how you find out who the owner is.

The search is free and nobody will harrass you.

The tax records are usually the easiest place to find this information.

This website links to all of Texas' County Tax Assessor's websites to do property owner, property address, or tax parcel number searches.

Hopes this helps.

You have several options:

1. Go to the local tax assessor, usually located in the courthouse, and ask someone that works there, they should help you find what you need.

2. Contract a Real Estate agent or Title Company to do the research for you.

3. Search the internet for other outlets, Sometimes tax assessor have websites so that is the first place to search. If you just cant find anything there. Findpropertyowner.com is a simple title research website which is the most cost effective way short of doing the research yourself.

Hope this helps.

Hi, Queen:

I live and work in Florida, too. Check your Property Assessor's online website. If you have a city GIS website in your area, that will have it, too. All you need to know is the address, and you've got all the information you need. Additionally, if you are hooked up with Listing Book as a buyer or seller, and the property you are interested in has been or is listed, in the body of the listing about two thirds down in the left column you will see the strap number for the property. Click on that and it will take you right to the Assessor's Web page for that property. Bings - you're in. Call if you would like additional information:)

You can normally google the county that the home is in, like Collin County Central Appraisal District and it will have the info. If it is Dallas County then google Dallas County Appraisal District.....it is public record.
