To answer your question-Youd have to have access to Westboro Tax Records to find homes that have sold. You can visit the tax assesor for this. You can also use the Registry of Deeds.

One sold on 67 South St for $163,000 in April and the other was 43 Church St for $180,000 in June. From their descriptions, it sounded like they were bank owned properties. There was also one on 5 Phillips St that sold in December for $243,000 after being on the market for 310 days. Hope this helps.
