FIRST ANSWER
I did research regarding 417 Ave A and was unable to find it on the Hudson County MLS. That means that if you did see a sign on it for sale, it was an "outside broker" meaning outside of Hudson County that didn't have access to the Hudson County MLS or the broker has "exclusivity" to the listing. Meaning that, only that broker can sell it and therefore they do would not put it on the MLS. Otherwise, i see no records of this property ever being for on the market.
