Berk,
I have found that this is "hit or miss". Most often, the listing is updated; however, depending upon the source with which the Realtor is uploading the listing info (too technical to explain - although as a former computer engineer I do understand these mishaps) at times, is is not. In the case when the info is not updated timely (usually within 48 hours), I send Trulia an email and they comply almost immediately.
While it ishould be the responsibility of your Realtor to ensure that all changes take affect in a timely fashion, it is often difficult to track considering the numerous websites within which some of us advertise (with the expection our providers to produce as promised). Therefore, I always make the disclaimer to my clients that my best results are when "we work as a team" and that if a change had not been effectectuated, they immediately contact me so that I can adddress the problem directly with the provider.
Love and Peace,
