What would be a good price for 150 by 50, multi-unit zoned, multiple use land on Long Island?

Looking to sell to a builder or developer, next door neighbor may sell as well. I saw smaller, single family only zoned lots (100 by 50) in restricted residential zoning selling for 375,000 asking price

Lindsay,
There are many aspects that affect pricing and to more accurately determine we would have to physically see the property. Please contact me off line at smahabir@hillcourtrealty .com or at http://www.stephenmahabir.com

I would be happy to help you as i deal in both Residential and Commercial Real Estate but would need more information. Most of it I would be able to get if you were to give me the address, or section block and lot of the property. Where it is located plays a big part in the price.

You an e-mail me at dgalinsky@pugatch.com

Thanks
