Hi there,

From my latest experience, its about 60-90 days. If its price right, I had sold one in 7 days last month and they are closing in 2 weeks!

It is important to talk to a professional to have your unit price right, and stage the property.

Please contact me if you like to get some CMA report and need tips getting your place ready to sell.

Thanks and good luck!

4 sold this year...102 days was average...low was about 90days high was about 120.

It may depend if you sell it vacant or occupied and what the condition is when you sell.

Typically it's harder to sell a tenant occupied property vs owner/occupied.

I'd like to take a look at it if you have time. Sales have picked up the past few months.

Let me know if you would like more information about sales in the neighborhood.

Like Kenneth said, listing price and condition will drive the speed of the sale. I see a few that have sold over there in the last six months, but nothing currently for sale if I have the right area? I'd be happy to discuss options with you if you want to call me? Is there currently someone renting now?

It's my income property and I want to sell it ASAP. It's in Knight Steet Condo.

What is your time frame and is this property your current residence or income property for you? I'd be happy to help any way I can.

It depends on the location, listing price and condition of the property. Otherwise Oaklawn is a hot and quick selling area.

Good luck.
