Also.... the listing agent is rarely also the agent that actually brings the buyer. I just took a quick look at the actual "selling" agents who brought buyers to properties in 33624. Of the 411 sales reported on the MLS, the highest # of sales was 5 by three separate realtors, 1 that had 4 sales and 9 that had 3. The rest of the "selling" realtors had 2 or less sales in 33624.
On the "listing agent" side, there is one that "listed" 19, one that listed 17, one with 12 and another with 11 and lastly one with 8 listings.
You may not want to go with a realtor that has a lot of listings since you may not get as attentive service.
The important thing is how your listing will be presented on http://www.Realtor.com. Some agents do not pay the extra marketing fees that will allow the listing to have a customized description and multiple photos. Before you decide on a listing agent, ask to take a look at another one of their listings on Realtor.com.
