A similar model down the street was short-listed but sold.

Our home has a terrific finished basement that was permitted and inspected with the City of Coeur d'Alene.

It is unfortunate when miss information is posted on the website. Ms. Jank is apparently a Real Estate Pro, but has her information incorrect.

Our home is currently on the market.

Jane, I also forgot to mention there was remodel/construction done on the property witout a permit.

Jane, This home was a short sale that has since gone back to the Bank. Not currently on the market because the Clear Title has to be completed. Will be available as soon as title is cleared. Also, Home may have Siding mold issues that were covered up with paint by previous owner.. Photo that shows when I click on the link is NOT the correct house.
