Hi, Patricia, I have a beautiful 4/3 for sale...completely furnished, two of the bedrooms are master bedrooms, there is a nice screened in porch and pool area. This house was only built in 2006. The bank will accept $205,000. Other houses in the area are going for $230's through 300's. I can send you pictures and give you more information. E-mail me at MariaTownCounty@aol.com or Henry.Picarelli@Embarq.com or call me at (407) 782-7657

Your profile says that you are buying and selling in Davenport. If that is true, then I suggest talking about your situation with a Realtor. In a case where a person is buying and selling there are actually TWO transactions to worry about: What will I net when I sell and how much will I pay when I buy? Knowing the answers to those two questions is important to your strategy. I have responded to numerous posts in the last few days of people either buying a new home FIRST, then having a difficult time selling their current home). My experience is that you need to know the entire situation in order to have a smooth move and to minimize the costs and stress associated with moving. One of the downsides to Trulia is that there are well-meaning Voices who are responding to queries like yours, and they know nothing about your home, have never stepped inside it, know nothing about YOUR situation, when you are moving, why, when you need to be there, and IMHO these are ALL factors that would affect my answer. So talk with a local Realtor who knows the market, and figure out the best way to move that minimizes inconvenience, cost, and stress. Best of luck to you Thu Apr 3 2008, 09:43

Hello Patricia,
It really dependson the community. Lets use Hampton Lakes for an example. A nice 4 bed 2 bath is selling for around $225,000. If you are looking at a 4 bed 3 bath, this floor plan has 2 master suites, where the 4, 2 doesn't. If I can be of any assitance, please feel free to contact me.
