Are you looking for a target price on a specific home. To Michelle's point, I'm not sure about the relevance. Every home can have unique characteristics affecting the value. And with the current market, historicals need to be real recent for accuracy.

In case you have not yet found an answer to your inquiry, here are the results of my research.

First, there are two SE 426th Streets in Enumclaw and they are separate from one another. Without knowing which one you are targeting, I am not sure this info will be completely relevant to your needs. According to MLS & title co data, there are 3 sales to use in the computations; 2 in 2004 (217,950 & 229,990) and 1 in 2006 (267,500). Based on those sales, the average sales price is $238,480 and the median is $229,990.

I think you have the best luck talking with Realtors that work that area. Asking for this type of detailed information is not easy. We all want to help Trulia questioners however in this case talking with someone that knows the market can probably help you get the data that you need.

Your request sounds more like a research project than a home buyer looking for homeowner type of information.
