What is the feeling about prices for sellers and time on the market now in the flood zones of Tribeca post hurricane Sandy?

I want to sell my apartment. It was last appraised at $1,650,000 in the 10013. But was affected by Hurricane Sandy and is now under reconstruction. Will the value ben affected negatively by it's location, flood zone status or new laws regarding insurance?

No. TriBeCa is still a very solid neighborhood with a scarce amount of availability, so the demand is high. It's a sellers market and a great time for you to put your home on the market.
