What is the estimated time frame for a well priced co-op in the financial district in NYC?

I had thrown out the question beofre to the group and got some very good feedback. I have put my place on the market and I am looking forward to my second open house. 2 bedroom, one bath, 1100 sqft co-op in a turn of the century building in one of the best school districts in the city. It should go fast right ? I have it priced at $808 per sq/ft. You do the math......I think this is a reasonable price point, but what does the group think...?? Thanks again...BB.......

There's more to selling your co-op than just the price-point. It's a good start, though.
