Hi Akm,

Are you talking about Days on Market (DOM) vs Cumulative Days on Market (CDOM)? or Days on MLS (DMLS) vs Cumulative Days on MLS( CDMLS)? It is the time the property has been on the market and entered into the MLS. Days on Market means the property is for sale and listed by by the current real estate agent, Cumulative Days on Market means days the property has been on the market by the same or other real estate agent, and the MLS means when the property was entered into the MLS database and listed as active by the current or other real estate agents.

I am surprised no one has answered your question earlier.
