What is the avg price per acre that land is actually closing at in Sherman, CT today.?

Lisa, there have only been 2 sales in the last 6 months, 1 acre parcel sold for $100,000 and the other sale was $200,000 for 3.2 acres. So really the average is $150,000. That doesn't necessarily mean that will be your sale price. As you know all land is not create equal. Love to help you if you need it. Just give us a call.
