The Stapleton Area is one of the most stable areas in Colorado. However, it will still be important to price your home correctly in order to sell within an optimum time range. If you're not in a hurry, you can try a sale by owner if you're ready to do a lot of the work yourself. I wouldn't recommend this approach to many homeowners but this is one place where a minimum amount of marketing could work.

Hi Elsa, Last month there were 22 sales in Stapleton ranging from about $190-$620k. The days on the market ranged from 0 days (so it sold before it hit the multilist) all the way to 430 for a home that came on the market before it was built.
