Really depends on the neighborhood. There are some neighborhoods that are doing really well right now, and others that have taken a bit of a hit. I sell a lot of homes in Grovetown, and have seen some really interesting things happening. As far as just Grovetown stats though there are 94 (brick 4 bedroom 2 bath 2000 sq ft approx). homes avaliable in Grovetown ranging from $140 to $230. A $140,000 house would be something like a home in Woodward Place, and a $230 home would be more like Ivy Falls or Indian Springs.
