It will depend on so many factors

If it's tenant occupied, how cooperative are the tenants in showing?
Is there a lock box?
Are sellers flexible or restrictive with showing hours?
How is it marketed?
Are there good photos of the property on the MLS --- pictures speak volumes. Buyers generally make a decision to take a look upon seeing pictures, or when they're driving by
What kind of market are you in -- seller's market where overbidding is the norm? Or buyer's market where it can take months for a property to sell
Is the property priced right? Or overpriced?
