I just took a look at the current inventory under contract in Potomac. The average time before they went under contract was just over 2 months. I hope this info helps! Please let me know if I can be of further assistance.

FIRST ANSWER
Ann, Avg. days it takes to sell a TH in Potomac is around 100 days. However, if the property shows well, and prices right at this time may sell between 65 to 80 days!
