For the period July 1st through yesterday there were 18 sales and the average time on market was 67 days. For the previous 3 months ended June 30 there were 32 sales with average time on market of 94 days.

Mary, it varies from 9 days to 160 days. The houses that are prices right, have sold within 30 to 60 days.
