Based on the information shared on Trulia, PA is pretty much tied to the national trend for professional fees. The range seems to be 5-9% with the majority falling in the 6-7% level. There are always exceptions and as usual vacant land may entertain a slightly higher percentage.

I can only answer you regarding the south eastern part of Pennsylvania. In Pennsylvania all commissions are negotiable but the average is 5%-6% depending on area.
