Knapp Street can not be near Brighton Beach. Absolutely different areas and prices.

With out coming to see and making a CRM report it is just easier.
Just interview a few agent to see what your market is selling for.

You need to be aware of recently sold similar properties in the immediate area and know your current competition--after reviewing the data a determination as to a fair price can be determined. Any local agent can help you.
