What has been the home value change in Westchester County since the beginning of the year?

it seems like the decrease in value has been 18-25% depending on where the property is located. i believe it will further decrease. values, i think will not go up any time soon.

Since the beginning of the year, January 1st, the market has been fairly stable and home prices, outside of the luxury market, haven't really moved significantly.

However, if you want to talk about the past 12 months, there has been roughly a 20% decrease in home prices. We lost about 10% last summer and another 10% drop this past November.
