What does Res B mean?
If contracts were submitted but after 24 - 72 hours, nothing was signed or agreed to, can the realtor post the MLS listing to say Res B or PND? Also please explain what would have had to happen between the buyer and seller.
Our listing has been temporarily taken off the market so we have had no further offers. This was done without the owner putting anything in writing. Are these grounds to file a compliant?
