What do I need to do to sell my co-op here in Flushing, NY?

Is there a checklist of people I need to reach out to? It's going to be my first time so I'm really in the dark on where to begin!

You can begin by contacting, inviting, and interviewing a few agents from different realty companies, then choose the one like best and who has the most to offer to list the unit; he/she will be your best guide. You can also have ready all co-op ownership related paperwork. Make sure the unit shows well, is neat, clean, clutter free, fresh paint if necessary, remove/rearrange any bulky furniture, remove/replace any old carpeting, etc.

You need a broker who is not only going to list and possibly sell your property, you also need a consultant who can walk you through about different options and discuss any pros or cons.
Try to understand what kind of marketing strategy they are offering you.

Price it right, buyers come 'round. Price it wrong, buyers do thumb down.

Hi you can star interviewing agents.than chosse the one that going to guide you the best and offer you the best.make sure that everything is in good condition in the unit .

You simply need to hire a real estate professional. If you cannot get a referral from a friend, interview a couple on your own and work with who you feel most comfortable with and have illustrated to you how they will market your unit. Don't fall for an agent that suggests a high price and low commission that definitely will be your recipe for failure.
