Home sales are made public after the sale is complete. Try searching the Tennessee Property data base for the county in which the sale occurred.

It seems your question cannot be answered by realtors on this site as your area realtors may not be aware or participating in this venue.

Your best bet would be to check with your County Registrar or Assessors office (each state calls it a different name) and check the public records to see who purchased and at what price.

Your other avenue is to contact a Real Estate agent in your area - I'm sure they can help you as well, good luck!
