Hello,

If your listings photos are terrible than there is no other person to blame than the realtor you hired to help you in the sale. Feel free to give me a call or contact me so that I may be able to give some better advice on other ways to help out with your listings photos.

Sincerely,

Hire a professional photographer, a stager, and prepare the home for sale prior to photographing anything. i.e. paint, landscaping, clean, declutter, etc. Make the home light and bright!

There are a few things you can do if your pictures are not very good. The first thing you can do is ask your agent to retake them or have someone else take them. You can also offer to take them yourself or provide a better camera for easier picture. I hope this was helpful.

Wow I would definite recommend to the Seller to stage the place and do some spring cleaning!! If the agent doesn't take good pictures and doesn't edit them, I would recommend you get a professional photographer, photo shoots are not that expensive or invest in a good camera! Its a Tax Right off!

When I look on line at listings and if the pictures look bad it just really looks bad on the Selling agents part. Just put a little love into your work and going the extra step to take some good pictures is just a no brainer. Good Pictures "sell"and mean a thousand words.

Go to this web-site for great professional photography :http://obeo.com/

Pictures can make or break a deal. Most people now a days, browse from their computer or smart phone. Your pictures should be beautiful. If your photos don't look good I would recommend that the agent retake the photos. First impressions are extremely important. It's also important to keep your photos up to date. If you list your house during Christmas and it's not been sold in December I would recommend retaking pictures. You wouldn't want spring buyers seeing a Christmas tree in the living room.

If the photos were not done properly, have them retaken. If the problem exist with the actual space, consider cleaning and restaging.

Ask your Agent to reshoot the photos or send that Agent better ones to start! See if you can help by decluttering, proper lighting, etc.

Ask your agent to change them, or take the photos yourself and send them to your agent and he/she can upload them for you.
