The guest house is completed as for improvements.It is 695 sg.ft. The main house is 3 bedrm 2 bath 2 car garage .Approx.age 44yrs.1650 sg.ft. We are still improving the property as we live in the guest house.We want to move up north and wonder if it would be a mistake to sell as is at this time?
