There is no market for used homes, there are too many new homes going up, not a whole lot of quality in what is being built here, therefore most people would rather build.
We had a hime built and the quality is horrendous (we are from Massachusetts) where builders are honest and do quality work.

You are a Agent. You know as much as anyone that there is no magic in a special real estate agent or company. Some do it better than others but 85% of Marketing is Price. This goes from Cheerios to Homes. So if you want it sold pick the better Agent or company and get your price below what you think is Market.

The answer is usually price, price, price. Real Estate operates on supply and demand like everything else in life. If she has had it for $400,000 and not received an offer, that means that the home is too expensive given the location, condition, or market conditions in your area.

The majority of the time, price for the previous reasons in the issue for a non sale in 10 months.
