Mr Cabrera had a great answer answer that I agree with. Huligan, as for the market its slowly but surly on the move. Prices are inching up and inventory is down. A well priced and well marketed listing can make a big splash, especially with spring market right around the corner!

Thanks Jesus, that was helpful. Its really my parent's house and I don't think they're quiet ready yet, bit I will let them know. They tried to sell it a couple of years ago but without any luck. Is market better now?

Hello, Huligan! Bayonne city inspectors are usually looking for smoke and carbon monoxide detectors on every floor, fire extinguisher in kitcken(s), backflow prevention device for your water supply system (heater and/or furnace), and GFCI (ground-fault circuit interruptor) outlets in kitcken(s) and bathroom(s). I hope that I have been helpful to you. In addition, if you need any help with selling or buying a property anywhere in Hudson County I would be more than happy to assist you!

Warm Regards,
