There are lots of places where I can find what houses are listed for, but I can't find what they eventually sold for. That's what I want.
I have to ask the obvious?
Why is the sold price important to you?
The tax assessor's office holds all of this information. It may take some legwork, but if you have the address /property owner name you can go to the Tax Assessor at the Courthouse and look up any info on the property (if it was just purchased it can take some time to be updated though). Most Tax Assessors have an online site where you can search also. I hope this helps. Feel free to contact me with any other questions!
