We would like to sell our 3br 2.5 bath condo in The Westerlies. It was renovated 2 years. We would like to see what we could sell it for?

It depends a lot on your timing. If you are able to defer selling until early next year, say, February, and the renovation included an update to contemporary standards of the kitchen and baths, I would have no problem with a $290,000.00 asking price, especially if The Westerlies is still a warrantable condo development. A lot of the construction work in the area will be close to finished by that time.

The average of the last three 3br homes sold at the Westerlies is $265,000. One did sell at $280,000 so the prices varies.
