Little Elm is a great area however the roads thru The Colony have been a huge problem for some who liked to live there. Frisco ISD is a great attractions. Lending has changed "knocked out many potential buyers"

Lots of folks have told me they're moving closer to work. They were initially attracted to the good prices in Little Elm, but now wanting to move closer to their jobs to cut back on gas expenses. There is also still a good deal of new construction and foreclosures that put some price pressure on resales.
