We have a townhome in Hoover in the community of Lake Crest. It is a 3 br/2.5 bath with granite countertops, hardwoods, beautiful fixtures, etc. The townhome was built in 2006. Contact john@rolypoly.com for more information.
What is F-i-Y? I know of a place going on rent momentarily - located in Hoover, four bedrooms.

A couple of options for you. Go to the RealtySouth website, http://www.realtysouth.com and click on "Rental Properties" on the left. This will link you to AHI Properties that provides rental services. You can also go to http://www.rudulphrealestate.com to search rental properties.
