We own a 2005 townhouse condo on Medford St in Malden. It's a 2 bedroom. How much would it rent and sell for?

I can only give you an estaimate now, it is about $ 240,000 to 375,000 ,(more or less) depending on Size, location and condition of the house. for rent may be between $1300 or 1500 more or less depending on the condition of the house. but it would be a bettter idea if you give me the oppertunity to come and offer you a complementary (Free) Market Analysis that cans show you an accurate numbers to price your house in today market.
