We live in Brookside on Poppy Hills, what is my house going to sell for? Can you tell me if I should just?

lease it for now and wait because I have seen homes in that area that is sitting in the market for months. We are not in a hurry. Thanks.

Homes are selling in the area. Did you sell yours? We have a lisitng on the course that just went pending. I do not know your market. However, I can read.
"We are in no hurry"
I would discuss with a Realtor that knows your market and your circumstances.
All tjhings being equal, I would rent it and not sell.
Discuss with a CPA
