Room and Bedroom with sitting area are my biggest concern and also wether or not to make one of our bedrooms an office rather than a bedroom because we have so much of our office stuff ( desk & equipment ) in the MB where the sitting area is. The house will be going on MLS in 3 days so i need to work quick. I don't want it shown until its staged. I dont want 1 realtor showing it and going back to everyone with a negative comment. That could set the stage for a very long listing and we need to sell pretty quickly. We're relocating to Singapore.
You can call Judy Ketchum at 901/485-8427. She is in Southaven, and I think only charges about $200 to come out and gives you an itemized list of what you need to do.
You are smart to have the house staged prior to listing! Each room should have one defined purpose. The master bedroom should not contain a home office. This gives buyers the impression there is not enough room in the house for an office. Not to mention, most buyers want a bedroom that is perceived as a luxurious master suite. Depending on the number of bedrooms in your home and your target market, it may be appropriate to stage one of the bedrooms as an office. Best of luck!
Easy show all the spaces what they were intended to use for scale down your office and etc. move the garage or storage space, good luck. http://www.lynn911.com
