We have our 2 bedroom condo for sale in Sunbury Ohio. We recently had a second showing last tuesday. It took
the people over a week to come back for the second time. It is now Thursday and we haven't heard anything from their realtor. Would they have already made an offer if they were interested? What's the normal time frame to submit offers?

FIRST ANSWER
It depends on the buyer. I have had buyers wait a few weeks before scheduling a second showing and another couple of weeks to submit the offer. Usually though, when this happens, my buyers weren't absolutely in love with the home and lower offers were submitted. Your best option is to have your realtor keep calling their realtor to get feedback on your home. Timely feedback is important.
