I market my properties on World Properties which attacts international buyers and I network with other members of The Institute for Luxury Home Marketing.
The first place to start is having a CIPS designation which will teach you what you need to know about handling properties for foreign buyers. Make sure the property is getting maximum web exposure.....i.e. Trulia, Zillow, Terabitz, Craigslist......
Last but not least......realistic price. I do not know the buildings comps but the price has to stand out.
