You should have sold them in 2005-2006. Now it's not a good time to try to sell them.

If you have more than one rental property Jill, you must have bought them over a period of time, right? So why rush to get rid of them so quickly? I know from experience that rental properties can be very difficult to manage yourself. I had a townhouse I rented out for less than two years (2 separate tenants). I had to evict the first tenant and both tenants trashed the house while living in it?
If you are trying to manage them yourself, and your rental income is good, maybe you should consider a good property manager. If you try to sell them quickly just to get rid of them, you will more than likely end up selling them at a lesser price. I suggest this to you! if you don't want to hire a property manager, put each property up for sale as each lease expires. I say that, because as an agent, I know it can be harder to sell a home with a tenant still occupying it. Proper notice has to be given to the tenant each time the house is showed by an agent; uncooperative tenants can refuse to let agents in or if they do allow them in, chances are the house is not clean and therefore does not show well; and so on, you get the point! If you wait until each lease expires and have given the tenants proper notification that the lease will not be renewed, you can take a short period to get the house in order prior to listing it for sale at a reasonable price. Bottom line; be patient and get as much return on your investment as you can! Don't waste it! Check my web site out if you like. I offer a wide variety of marketing and have competitive commission rates. For multiple listings from any seller, I'll offer even more competitive rates than normal. Call it a bulk discount if you will! Wed Jul 9 2008, 14:49 Web Reference: http://www.EdSellsVaBeach.com

Well of course I could see a real estate agent not believing in any of those "we buy houses" companies because it directly impacts their wallet. I on the other hand, am one of those kinds of companies. I think we serve a valid purpose and help the market by always being buyers in those markets. If your properties are still available, feel free to contact me and I'll let you know what I could do for you. You know you could always shop out your properties and if someone gives you $100 more than I offer you, I'd say take it, after all, it's in your best interests to get the highest price possible given your situation.
Feel free to call me, just go to my website and my cell number is listed there. And yes, in some situations we can pay you more than you would net using a realtor. The even better news is we do it faster and it's guaraunteed. After all, we buy houses, not listed them and hope to sell them. If an agent disagrees I'd love the opportunity to prove you wrong if given a chance. We're hear to help sellers and buyers, not hurt them! Don't let the media sour what we provide. I can recommend some; feel free to contact me off line. Just recognize that while they do exactly what they promise (buy your house in as-is condition for all cash in two weeks or less), you'll be selling for less than you would if you listed with a Realtor, even at the very low end of the comps. But if you do want to sell fast, all cash, they do what they say.

Be careful if you want to offload properties to a company that offers quick closings. We've all seen the ads "we buy houses". I couldn't recommend any of these companies. If you want to sell a portfolio, give my office a call and we'll help you determine how to price the package. Ask for Theresa 456-5440

I have no idea of your question. I suggest that you re-phrase the question so we can help you. The worst thing would be for us to give your answers to the wrong question. Keith Thu Apr 10 2008, 19:50
