It certainly is a challenge to try to sell property in this market and much more in a secondary market like the Dells area. I have quite a few condos on the market and we are just giving it a try. Housing market is turning around. Now if we can just get those tire-kickers to move forward and make the committment to write an offer that will be great. It has been a sluggish year here in the Dells than I have ever seen. I have quite a few listings of condos on Lake Delton and it just really depends on price and if they are waterfront. But we do have high inventory. It would be worthwhile to leave it on in the fall, take it off a couple months and then try again in the spring.

With First WEber we are introducing our new Front Runner Media program and even there when I check my listing that our downloaded by the media team they are not in complete and I have a few missing so I will have to enter manually. You almost need another full time assistant to keep up with all the website postings and to make sure they are correct. Ask your Realtor to provide you with the following information:
How many homes, similar to yours, have, since your home was listed for sale:

1. Come on the market
2. Lowered their price
3. Entered escrow
4. sold
5. expired

In over 90% of the sales the buyer is brought by another Realtor. If other REALTORS are not showing your home, it is probably over-priced.
