If the buyer is still in thier option period they definataly have the right to get out of the contract. If there is no option period or they are past it then you need to consult with your agent about the idferrent options available to you.
If the deal does fall apart then redo your disclosure notice to include the poly pipes and move on.

From what I have heard, the problem with the PVC pipes happens when they freeze.
They don't rust, they are flexible, (at least more than metal),
and a lot of people prefer them.
I would not even consider them worthy of DISCLOSING, but then, that's me.
If the Buyers feel that way, then what you do? Their choice.
