Hi, you really do not need success rates, or knowing how many properties an Agent has listed and sold, or with home many buyers they successfully worked.... Just select a Realtor the same way you would select your trusted family doctor, your dentist, your attorney or investor for your money...... Trust, great communication and several years of experience in the business is the most important attribute. Accessibility is another one, you may be better off with a Realtor who works personally and directly (not through assistant or members of their team) with you, and has a reasonable amount of time and energy to spend for YOU and your property marketing etc.
Your Agent's commitment to you, his/her enthusiasm for your property and his/her inventiveness when it comes to how to promote and market your property is quite important. So talk and discuss with your Realtor his/her plans, and how he or she, and often they will communicate with you!
You also want a very honest and straighforward person, someone who gives you the real status of the market and your properties relationship to earlier sold homes and similar homes on the market.
A hardworking Agent, who is thinking a bit outside the box, will certainly be helpful.
If you do not know any agents in your El Paso Area, let me know and I gladly connect you with a trusted Realtor colleague of mine in your area. For that purpose feel free to e-mail me directly with some additional information about your property, and once I have your e-mail address, phone and address I will connect you with that partner agent of mine and pass all the contact info of that agent on to you.
Best of luck to you!
