We are trying to sell our home in Alabama, and have not been successful in locating a Certificate of Title
for it, The manufacturer is out of busniess as well as the Dealership. Have Checked with the state, they have no suggesstions on how to proceed, except file a law suite against the dealership. We have a buyer, need to sell now.Thanks DZ
