There is no secret to selling quickly in this market. If the home is priced aggressively and in good condition it should sell quickly.

Here is my case study to prove this point. I re-listed an expired listing in Galloway at 20 Brampton street on 12/23/2008. We were under contract 1/8/2009 and the house sold on 2/6/2009. Sold if 45 days.
