Brooke, Bell Buckle is a very sought after area. I think the more advertising you get on your land the better. Also you may have to divide it up into tracts, this will make the land more affordable for some buyers. I work for Century 21 in this area if you need any help we would be glad to help. We advertise on over 20 websites. You can reach me at 931-224-2838 or angiemiller@realtracs.com
did you find a buyer? i am looking in that area.Clint. bayleebrook@yahoo.com
It may be time to divide it into smaller tracts and auction it. We pay high referrals for auctions. Thanks

I've had good success with equine property marketing sites, too.
You might try SecondSpace.com. It is also called Land Watch and is designed to help people find large tracts of land.

You might also try marketing to other nearby owners of similar property. Talk with adjacent owners too. If they are not interested, perhaps they can refer you to someone who is.
Good luck!
There are ways we can help. What are the specifics on the land, and what is the price? I've had some luck with Craigslist.com and Backpage.com (both of which are free). Land usually will get responded to nicely with classified ads in the Tennessean, have you tried that yet?
